The SAT Subject Tests include two Math exams, Math Level 1 and Math Level 2. The topics covered in the Math Level 1 Test include Number and Operations; Algebra and Functions; Geometry and Measurement; and Data Analysis, Statistics, and Probability.
The Level 2 Math test should be attempted by students who have received grades of B or better in Trigonometry and/or elementary functions (Precalculus) courses, and who are familiar with the use of a Scientific or Graphing calculator. Students who do not meet these criteria may find the Level 1 Math test a more suitable choice.
