American Mathematics Competitions (AMC) 10 aims at students with an enthusiasm for problem-solving. They should be in Grade 10 or below and under 17-and-a-half years of age on the day of the contest. It is a 25-question, 75-minute, multiple choice examination covering High School Math through the 10th grade. The competition is sponsored by the Mathematical Association of America, and is designed to promote the development and enhancement of problem-solving skills in students.
