Reading Comprehension & Vocabulary
It teaches the students how to grasp the main idea of a passage, the author’s attitude towards the subject, the author’s logic and techniques or the contextual meaning of specific words.
The vocabulary course introduces new words which in turn will help the student to express his/her ideas more clearly and differently. New words are introduced systematically with examples and
various exercises that prepare the student to appear for the competitive examinations like (PSAT, SAT, ACT).
Reading Comprehension
- Simple stories
- Passages using varying subjects (questions will be based upon the passage checking the power of comprehension and expression, grammar and vocabulary)
- Vocabulary building based on the passage
This program is just $300 for 20 hrs. The Program is flexible to accommodate your child’s vacation schedule and the tutoring hours can be taken any time between June 1st and August 15th.
