AP Physics C is a Calculus-based, college-level Physics course that covers two major areas: mechanics; and electricity and magnetism, with equal emphasis on both. This course serves as the foundation in Physics for students majoring in the physical sciences or engineering. Although fewer topics are covered in Physics C than in Physics B, it is more intensive and analytic. In Physics C, topics (including calculus applications) are covered in greater depth.

Our course provides a systematic introduction to the main principles of Physics and emphasizes the development of conceptual understanding and problem-solving ability. It will help the students to:

understand the basic principles pertaining to Newtonian mechanics, and electricity and magnetism
apply these principles to solve practical problems
use the methods of Calculus in formulating physical principles and in applying them to physical problems

Strong emphasis is placed on solving a variety of challenging problems. We also help our students with a general overview of the AP exam, study advice, test-taking tips, and tips on the laboratory component of the test. Students will get practice solving free response questions and multiple-choice questions from each and every element of the AP Physics course. This practice will enable them to efficiently hone their skills by reinforcing the key concepts, and to face the challenges of AP Physics C Exam.
